Key Differences

  1. Numerical Rating Variation:
    • 4.5kA rating means the MCB can safely interrupt a maximum short-circuit current of 4,500 Amperes.

    • 6kA rating means the MCB can safely interrupt a maximum short-circuit current of 6,000 Amperes.

    • 10kA rating means the MCB can safely interrupt a maximum short-circuit current of 1,000 Amperes.

  2. Typical Application Scenarios:
